Ingredients :
Pasta – 500 g
Tomato paste – 400 gr
Cream 30% – to taste
Basil – to taste
Greens – to taste
Sea salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Cheese – 100 gr
Olive oil – to taste
Boil the pasta. Always remember the golden ratio – 1000 ml of water/100 grams of pasta/10 grams of salt. It is best when the pasta is made from durum wheat.
Once the pasta is ready, add salt, pepper, olive oil. Then add tomato paste and cream. Put everything in a pan, warm it up. Add herbs and cheese, to taste.
