GRILLED ICEBERG

Ingredients :

Iceberg – 1 cauliflower.
Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
Greens
A pinch of shichimi spice (spicy Japanese spice mix consisting of chili peppers, orange peel, dried ginger, mustard, sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper and dried seaweed)
Salt – to taste
Sour cream – 4 tbsp.
1/4 lemon zest

Marinade:

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Ginger – 4 grated peeled root
Salt – to taste

Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 parts, leaving the core. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the lettuce in this mixture and leave for 10-12 minutes. Mix sour cream with lemon zest and salt. Grill or grill lettuce for 1 minute on each side. Place in the center of the plate, drizzle the leftover marinade over the top. Spread sour cream on salad, sprinkle with shichimi and herbs.
