Ingredients :
Paneer - 300-350 gr (adygeyan or tofu)
Potatoes - 300 g
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Celery - 2 stalks
Nori sheets - 5-6 sheets
Black salt, black pepper (to taste)
Eggless mayonnaise (lean) or vegetarian (homemade) - to taste
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. When cool, peel and grate them. Grate celery. Tear the sheets of nori finely and pour a little hot water, then whip in a blender until smooth. Grate paneer or paneer cheese on a coarse grater. Mix cheese, seaweed, mayonnaise and black salt in a bowl. "Sprinkle of paneer" - not a large piece of paneer grate on a fine grater, add a little turmeric and black salt, mix. Lay the salad in layers: paneer with nori - mayonnaise - carrots - mayonnaise - celery - potatoes - mayonnaise - a sprinkle of paneer. Garnish with greens.
