BANANA-PLUM CAKE

Ingredients :

Puff pastry (yeast-free) – 230 g
Plums – 3 pcs.
Banana – 1 pc.
Pine nuts – 20 gr
Butter – 20 g
Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp.
Honey to taste

Roll out the dough thinly. Cut plums into slices. Peel banana and cut into slices as well. Spread slices of plum and banana on the dough, add nuts and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut the butter into thin layers and spread evenly on the cake. Bake for 15 minutes at 200C. When the pie is ready, you can sweeten it with honey.
