BURRITO

Ingredients :

Tortilla or pita – 4 pcs.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Boiled beans – 350 gr
Quinoa – 100 gr
Corn – 350 gr
Sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
Avocado – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 100 gr
Salsa sauce or ketchup – 2 tsp.
Greens – 1 bunch

Dice tomato, peppers, add the beans, corn, salsa sauce and stew in a pan until the vegetables are softened. Boil quinoa according to package directions; when ready, add to vegetables. Slice avocado into thin strips. Finely chop greens and place filling on tortilla sheet. Put chopped avocado on top and sprinkle with grated cheese and greens. Roll up the burrito in an envelope.
