SPELT PORRIDGE WITH TOFU AND GREEN POT

The above amount of ingredients is enough for two servings.

Ingredients:

150 g. spelt
150 g. frozen green peas
150 g. tofu
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
pepper.

Step 1: Wash the dry spelt, pour water on it and leave for 2 hours. After that the water is poured off, and the saturated with water groats spread out at the bottom of a wide and deep dish, cover with another dish so that there is space between them. Leave them to germinate for 10-12 hours.
Step 2 Rinse the groats under running water and boil in plenty of salted water until tender. About 30 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 3 Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown.
Step 4 Add thawed green peas to the tofu.
Step 5. Add the spelt to the tofu and peas. Stir and simmer for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Delicious spelt porridge with green peas and tofu is ready!
