Ingredients :
Oatmeal – 1 tbsp.
Milk – 1 tbsp.
Yogurt – 1 / 2 t.
Banana – 1 pc.
Strawberries – 10 pcs.
Peanut butter – 2 tbsp.
Vanilla – pinch.
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp.
Stevia or honey – to taste
Chop the banana and strawberries finely. Pour milk over oatmeal in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Leave for the night. In the morning ready flavorful breakfast is ready.
