The basis of our vegetarian cutlets is sprouted wheat grain. Therefore, it is necessary to sprout wheat, and then proceed to cook the cutlets.
Sprout live wheat should be sprouted in a special sprouting machine, but if you do not have one, you can sprout it in an ordinary glass jar.

Vegetarian cutlets: preparation method
Wash the sprouted wheat, drain the water, let it drain;
