The benefits of sour milk is undeniable, its value is that it is a dairy product, easily absorbed by the human body and contains all the necessary macro-and micronutrients. Its caloric value is about 30 kcal.
In 100 grams of sour milk contains:
Protein – 3.0 g;
Fats – 0.05 g;
Carbohydrates – 3.8 g;
As well as a full complex of B vitamins, vitamins PP, C, macro-and micronutrients important for the human body – iron, iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, sodium, selenium, phosphorus, fluorine, zinc.
Vegetarian pizza: composition
Cauliflower – 100 grams;
Broccoli cabbage – 100 grams;
Green beans (green) – 100 grams;
Purified water – 500 milliliters;
Sea salt – 1 teaspoon;
Bay leaf – 1 piece;
Zucchini – 100 grams;
Tomato (large) – 2 pieces;
Sweet pepper – 50 grams;
Cheese (without rennet) – 200 grams;
Home seasoning “Universal” – ½ teaspoon.
Description of the process of cooking a vegetarian pizza
In a pot pour water, add salt, bay leaf, cauliflower, broccoli cabbage, green beans, boil until tender. While the vegetables are boiling, slice the zucchini and tomato into thin half rings. Cut sweet peppers into thin julienne strips. Cut vegetables together do not combine, they lie on different plates. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. When the vegetables are boiled, pour off the water and let them drain.

Butter – 5 grams;
Preparation of dough:
In the sour milk add baking soda and mix. Then add salt, honey, olive oil and mix again. Then add the flour and knead a light dough. In the beginning add 2/3 of the flour, mix, then add more flour, if necessary. Each kind of flour behaves differently, so the weight of the flour in the ingredients is approximate. The dough should not be too liquid and stick to your hands, but also should not be too steep. Sprinkle flour liberally on a cutting board, put the dough on it and roll out a thin layer.
Making a vegetarian pizza
Grease the pizza form with butter, lay out the dough and begin to decorate it, first, with boiled vegetables, laying them out evenly, alternating with each other. Then, on top of the boiled vegetables, sprinkle chopped zucchini, and on top of the zucchini, spread chopped tomatoes, distributing them evenly, over all the surface of the vegetables.
