Cooking a vegetarian pizza on a thin crust
Pour the soda into the kefir at room temperature, stir it and set aside for 10 minutes. Stir in the vegetable oil and salt. Add flour sifted through a sieve, mix first with a spoon and then with your hands. The dough should be elastic. Form it into a ball, wrap it in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough as a thin layer, smear it with tomato paste, place the filling on it: soy mince (or pre-cooked soy pieces), slices of sweet pepper, tomato circles, olives, pepper it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 190C.
Have a nice meal!
