VEGETARIAN SAUERKRAUT CABBAGE SOUP

Ingredients and preparation :

Sauerkraut – 80 grams;
Potatoes – 90 grams;
Pearl grits – 30 grams;
Purified water – 800 milliliters;
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon;
Bay leaf – 1 piece;
Carrots – 60 grams;
Butter – 60 grams;
Dried greens (parsley, dill, coriander) – 1/2 teaspoon;
Spice “Hmeli suneli” – 1/4 teaspoon;
Seasoning “Asafetida” – 1/4 teaspoon;
Seasoning home “Universal” – 1/4 teaspoon;

In the beginning, it is desirable to soak the pearl millet in water for 2-3 hours.
