BARLEY PORRIDGE WITH BANANA

Ingredients :

Water – 2 tbsp.
Milk – 1 tbsp.
Buckwheat – 1 tbsp.
Banana – 1 pc.
Salt – to taste
Butter – as desired

Pour two glasses of cold water over the barley grits and put on the fire, salt as needed. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and cook until it thickens.

Then add a glass of milk, stir and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened, then remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Just before serving add finely chopped banana, stir and serve.
