Ingredients :
Crystallized honey – 20 ml
Liquid honey – 180 ml
Cinnamon – to taste
If there is no liquid honey, you can melt it at a temperature no higher than 38 degrees. Cool the honey for a while in the refrigerator. Place in a blender and whip until it changes color and texture. Finish by adding the cinnamon.
