This combination has everything you need to benefit your body. Well, the taste will nourish the mood! The products are very simple. But their combination really captivates the taste.
To make 3-4 servings you need:
Ripe avocado pulp – 1-2 medium fruits;
Medium celery stalk – 1-1,5 pieces;
Savoy or Chinese cabbage – ½ medium sized cabbage;
carrots – ½ medium size;
lime juice – 3-4 drops.
This dish should be served in a deep clear salad bowl.
There are no difficulties with the preparation of this combination. Everything is very simple and accessible! The cabbage should be chopped into convenient pieces for eating. The celery stalk should be cut into cubes. Avocado split and remove the bone. Dice the flesh of the fruit. We recommend choosing an avocado of medium ripeness (not overripe), then there are no problems with the formation of cubes. Wash and peel carrots and chop them finely. All ingredients should be mixed in a salad bowl. Before serving, dress the salad with lime juice. For decoration you can add mint or any other greens. But even without this, the salad will give color and cheer up the appetizing look.

This dish is better to prepare literally before serving (at most 40-60 minutes before serving the holiday table). To prevent the avocado from losing its color, you can sprinkle the pulp with lime juice beforehand.
