POTATO SALAD

Ingredients :

Potatoes – 400 gr.
Broccoli – 400 gr.
Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
Feta cheese – 150 gr
Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Spices, salt – to taste
Greens –

Boil the potatoes in jacket and cut into halves or quarters, depending on size. Boil broccoli for 4-5 minutes in salted water, then immediately send in cold water, so as not to lose color and structure. In a frying pan fry spices in oil, add potatoes and fry another 5 minutes stirring, add broccoli, salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, cut the feta cheese or crumble it with your hands. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tomatoes, feta, herbs as desired and serve immediately!
