RYAZHENKA CASSEROLE

Ingredients :

Flour – 3 tbsp.
Ryazhenka 4% – 200 gr
Ripe banana – 1,5 pcs.
Sweetener – to taste

Mix and let stand for 10 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (20-30 minutes). If you make a layer of cottage cheese, it will be a mini cake.
