Ingredients :
Flour – 180 g
Baking powder – 1,5 tsp.
Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp.
Butter – 85 g
Cane sugar – 175 g
Ripe banana – 1,5 pcs.
Milk – 120 g
Apples: sweet – 1 pc and sour – 1 pc.
Combine the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well.
Mix butter at room temperature and sugar. Beat well with a mixer on high speed. Add ripe banana and beat a little more, add milk. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula. Peel and slice the apples, not too thin.
Pour the batter into the mold, lay the apple slices on top any way you like. Combine some more cane sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture on top of the pie. Place in a hot oven preheated to 175 degrees for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 155 and bake for another 30-40 minutes. Check with a skewer for readiness. If it turns out that the pie is ready inside but pale on the outside you need to increase the temperature back to 175-180 and wait another 2-3 minutes.
Have a nice meal!
