Ingredients :
Chickpea flour - 1 tbsp.
Water - 1 ¼ tbsp.
Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
Salt, paprika, turmeric - to taste
Soda - ¼ tbsp.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Mix all the ingredients, except for tomatoes, with a blender until smooth. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat a frying pan, pour a spoonful of oil and put the tomatoes, pour the chickpea mixture on top. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Serve with your favorite vegetables and greens.
