Ingredients for 1 shawarma:

Lavash – 1 pc.
Sour cream.
Adygei cheese – 0,5.
Cucumbers – 0,5 pcs.
Tomatoes – 0,5 pcs.
Cabbage.
Fresh and dried greens.
Paprika.
Salt.

Step 1 Prepare all ingredients for stuffing.
