BULK COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients :

Dough:

Flour – 2 tbsp.
Brown sugar – 1/2 tbsp.
Butter – 120 gr.
Soda – 1/2 tsp.

Filling:

Cottage cheese – 300 gr
Brown sugar – 1/2 tbsp.
Milk – 2 tbsp.

In a bowl add all the ingredients for the dough and knead with your hands until crumbs.

In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients and knead until smooth.

Grease the pie tin with butter and place half of the dough. Then add the filling on top and cover with the remaining half of the pastry. Place in the heated oven for 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
