CABBAGE AND POTATO CUTLETS

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 400 g
Cabbage – 200 gr
Cheese – 70 gr (without rennet)
Flour – 1-2 tbsp.
Dill – 1 bunch
Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste
Oil for frying

Cutlets. Chop the cabbage finely and fry until soft in a little oil, salt, add a little water if necessary.

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and mashed potato them. In the still hot mashed potatoes add cheese grated on a fine grater, then the cabbage, with a little salt. Add sour cream, you can replace it with a small piece of butter. When mashed potatoes have cooled a little, form cutlets, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
