Ingredients :
Flaky puff pastry – 1 package
White cabbage – 1 / 2 pc.
Milk – 250 ml
Fenugreek – 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Fennel – 1 tsp.
Coriander – 1 tsp.
Rosemary – a pinch
Bay leaf (powdered) – a pinch
Line a baking dish with baking paper and line it with puff pastry, keeping in mind the height of the rim. Prick the pastry with a fork in several places along the bottom. Shred the cabbage into thin julienne strips and mix with the spices. Place the cabbage in the mold and pour the soy milk so that the cabbage is covered with the milk, but still visible. Round the edges of the pastry rim (about 1 cm) slightly inward. Send the dish to a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
