Ingredients :
Red cabbage – 1 small cabbage
White cabbage – 1 small cabbage
Carrots – 2 medium pieces
Frozen corn – 1 tbsp.
Parsley – 1 bundle
Homemade mayonnaise – 100 g
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Salt, spices – to taste
Finely chop the white cabbage. Mash with hands. Peel and grate carrots. Shred the red cabbage finely. Well knead it with your hands to make it softer and make the juice. Chop parsley greens. Cook the corn in a steamer or boil it. Mix all ingredients and serve.
