Ingredients :
Canned chickpeas (washed and dried) - 2 jars
Chopped celery - 1-2 pcs.
Chopped bell peppers - 1 pc.
Raisins - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped cashews - 1\3 tbsp.
For the dressing:
Tahini - 3 tbsp.
Yogurt - 1.5 tbsp.
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp.
Water - 2 tbsp.
Juice of half a lemon
Apple cider vinegar - 2 t. sp.
Curry powder - 1 tbsp.
Turmeric - 1 tsp.
2 tsp. salt.
Freshly ground black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dressing. Whisk well with a fork. In a large bowl, place all the ingredients for the dish itself. Add the dressing, stir to combine.
