Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles – 8 plates
Finely chopped spinach – 2 cups
Lean cottage cheese – 1 cup
Grated cheese – 200g
Spaghetti sauce – 250g
Salt and pepper – to taste
Cook lasagna noodles in lightly salted water for 7-10 minutes. Mix the finely chopped spinach, cottage cheese, half of the prepared cheese, salt and pepper. Use a spoon to spoon the mixture onto the noodle sheets and roll up into rolls. Place on a greased baking tray with high sides. Fill the space between the rolls with tomato sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
