MILK VEGAN CHOCOLATE MADE WITH CAROB

Let’s get to the vegan chocolate recipe!

Ingredients:

Cocoa butter – 250 g. (or 2 parts).
Raw carob – 35 g. And roasted carob. – 100 г. (or 1 part of the carob).
Dry milk – 130 g. (or 1 part).
Veggie Chocolate: Recipe
We warm the butter in a water bath (water boils in a saucepan, and a metal enameled bowl of butter stands on top, heating from it).
Stir the dry ingredients and add butter.
Let cool a little, about 6 minutes, and pour into the molds, leave them in the refrigerator for 2 hours, overnight is more convenient. It is ready!
Do we pour the future candies in silicone molds? Research by an independent Swedish lab showed that silicone melts at temperatures over 150 degrees. This has caused several companies to take silicone molds off the market. But we’re pouring out a slightly cooled mass, so that’s fine. Still, I don’t risk doing baked goods in silicone now…
