Couscous – 1 tbsp.
Water – 2 tbsp.
Mint – 4 sprigs
Honey – 2 tbsp.
Ghee or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Pour water into a pot (2 tbsp.) Put mint sprigs in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove mint. Add couscous (1 tbsp.) to the boiling water, stir and remove from the heat. Add honey and butter, stir, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of mint before serving.
