This wonderful mix will impress you with its iridescent design and simply enchant your palate! The aroma of the salad excites the appetite. So it deserves one of the honorable places on the holiday table. It is important that this dish is light and healthy. It does not violate the usual gastronomic balance and does not bring discomfort. It is quite acceptable to eat a portion of such a mix on a festive night.
To prepare 3-4 servings you will need the following products:
watercress and any other types of leafy greens – 1 bundle;
persimmon – 1 small fruit;
bell peppers – 1 piece (we recommend to take two halves of peppers of different colors);
½ small orange and the same amount of tarocco;
peanut kernels – 1 penny;
pomegranate kernels – 1 pelt.
This salad can be served in a deep salad bowl or in a dish with a small depression.
Green leaves should be washed and dried. Then they should be placed in a container to serve. Thoroughly peel the citrus fruit and remove the skins, membranes and membranes. Then the orange and tarocco need to be cut into equal slices. Peppers should be washed, peeled of the core and cut into slices. Persimmon get rid of the core and cut into similarly sized slices. This composition should be prepared 1-1.5 hours before serving. It is not bad if the dish comes to the table immediately after cooking. The combination of a lot of fresh fruit suggests that this is an option that is best served immediately to the table and immediately sorted out on plates. But you don’t have to worry about that. The salad is so delicious that it definitely won’t stay on the table longer than one hour!
