OAT CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

Oat flakes – 50 g
Cold water – 500 ml
Honey – 2 tbsp.
Chia seeds – 3 tbsp.
Banana – 1 pc.
Kiwi – 1 pc.
Raspberry – 20 grams
Strawberries – 20 grams
Blueberries – 20 gr
Mint for decoration

Pour cold water over the oats. Let the oatmeal with water to stand for about 15 minutes, then crush it in water with an immersion blender. It turns out a thick substance, like cream.

Add the chia seeds, stir and allow to stand for a couple of hours at room temperature, or leave overnight in the refrigerator. The seeds will absorb the liquid and swell, and the liquid will become a pudding.

Peel the banana and mashed potato it with a fork. Add the honey and mashed banana to the pudding and stir. Cut the strawberries and kiwi into thin slices, place in glasses, pressed against the wall, then carefully pour the pudding into the glass. Garnish the top with the remaining fruit and mint leaves.
