Ingredients :
Pasta – 2 cups
Young spinach leaves – 1 cup
Green basil – 1 bunch
Olive oil – 150 ml
Pine nuts – 80 gr
Parmesan – 100 gr
coarse sea salt
Boil the pasta. Wash and dry spinach leaves. In a mortar, pre-washed and dried basil, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and grind until it becomes a pulp. After that, add the nuts. Continue to grind. Grate parmesan cheese on a fine grater and add it to the basil mixture. Gradually add olive oil, stirring. When ready, drain the pasta and mix it with the pesto sauce and spinach leaves.
