Ingredients :
Spinach frozen or fresh-200 g
Potatoes – 1 pc
Laurel leaf-1 piece
Cream-250 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Croutons and herbs to taste (for decoration)
Vegetarian spinach soup: prepare
Defrost spinach. Peel and coarsely dice potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a pot, add water, salt, add bay leaf, cook until tender.
Take out the bay leaf, leave a small amount of water, put spinach, add salt and spices and whip everything with a blender. Pour the cream and mix. Portion this dish and decorate with greens and croutons.
