VEGETABLE SOUP WITH ADYGEI CHEESE

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Adygei cheese – 150 gr
Melted butter (or butter) – 1 tbsp.
Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tsp.
Paprika (smoked can be used) – 1 tsp.
Sea salt – 1 tsp.
Bay leaf – 2 p.
Ginger parsley or coriander

Tomatoes are put into boiling water and peeled. Cook the potatoes until tender and puree them with a blender. Adygei cheese fry in melted butter, along with paprika and black pepper. Combine the potatoes, tomatoes and cheese, salt and add the bay leaf. Cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, add the greens.
