Ingredients :
Green beans – 225 g
Broccoli – 1 small
Zucchini – 1 small
Potatoes – 2 or 3 pcs.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Ghee oil – 1 tbsp.
Dill – a little bit
Salt, pepper – to taste
Dice carrots and potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, add broccoli, sliced green beans and green peas and cook for another 10 minutes, at the very end add zucchini and fresh dill. We have dill growing in the garden is always fresh and fragrant. Salt and spices at your discretion. You can add fenugreek. When the soup has cooled a bit, dress with unrefined mustard oil (or ghee). It’s quick and delicious.
