Ingredients :
Zucchini – 1 pc. (young)
Cheese cheese – 250 gr
Basil, parsley – a bunch
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Salt, spices – to taste
Prepare the cottage cheese cream by mixing all the ingredients in a blender. Cut zucchini lengthways very, very thin. Form tubes, fixing them with a toothpick or by tying them with twigs. Fill the tubes with cream.
