Salad Ingredients :
A few lettuce leaves.
Carrots – 1 piece.
Zucchini cheese – 20 gr
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt
Oregano and marjoram
Carpaccio ingredients
Zucchini – 2 units.
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons.
Lemon – 1/2 spoon.
Oregano and marjoram

Slice the zucchini very thinly, using a vegetable peeler, put it on a plate, squeeze the juice from the lemon, pour it on top, then the oil and spices, and a little salt. Leave for about 15 minutes to marinate.
Then wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, chop them finely and put into a salad bowl, then use the same paring knife we used to chop the zucchini and thinly slice carrots and cheese. Place in the salad bowl, along with the marinated zucchini. Add oil and spices, salt to taste.
