ZUCCHINI LASAGNA

Ingredients ;

Zucchini – 2 pcs.
Tomato – 4 pcs.
Sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Cottage cheese – 100 gr.
Dill, coriander, basil – to taste
Ghee oil – 100 gr.
Salt, spices – to taste

Peel tomatoes (make small incisions and put them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, after which they will peel easily), cut into cubes. Peel and dice peppers. Peel and grate carrots. Finely chop the greens. Add oil and spices to a heated frying pan and heat it for a few minutes to transfer their flavor to the oil. In the fragrant oil, add carrots, after 5 minutes, peppers, tomatoes, herbs and stew for another 5 minutes.

Zucchini thinly slice, salt.

Butter a baking pan. Form the lasagna in layers: zucchini, stewed vegetables, cottage cheese – and so on until the end of stewed vegetables. Brush the top layer of zucchini with butter and sprinkle with cottage cheese. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Decorate ready lasagna with greens.
