Ingredients :
Dough :
Skimmed kefir – 450 ml
Wholemeal or oat flour – 320 gr.
Soda – 1 tsp.
Stuffing :
Cabbage – 400 gr.
Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
Spices, herbs – to taste
For the filling finely chop cabbage, grate carrots. Braise carrots with spices. Add cabbage and stew until ready. Salt. Soda with kefir and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Add a generous pinch of salt, a drop of olive oil and knead the dough. Spread half of the dough in the bottom of the tin, then spread out the filling and pour over the 2nd half of the dough. Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
