Ingredients :
Pasta – 2 cups.
Tomato – 2 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper – 2 pcs.
Pine nuts – 50g
Basil (or parsley) – 1 bundle
Liquid ghee oil – 2 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tsp.
Boil the pasta. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Slice the tomatoes slightly. Brush peppers and tomatoes with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220 C. When ready, take out the vegetables, pour the liquid into a salad bowl, add balsamic vinegar, finely chopped basil, honey and stir. Peel the pepper (to make it easier, you should put the hot pepper in a deep bowl and wrap it tightly in clingfilm, leave it for 5-10 minutes) and cut it into squares. Chop the tomatoes with a blender into a puree. place the pasta in the salad bowl with the sauce, pour the tomato puree, add the bell peppers and nuts.
