REVANI

Ingredients :

Kefir – 250 ml
Manna grits – 250 gr
Soda – 1/2 tsp.
Fructose – 80 gr
Vanilla – to taste
Natural syrup or honey

In the kefir add the fructose, baking soda (you can put out with lemon juice), vanilla and semolina. Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes to let the semolina disperse a little. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour syrup or honey over the cooled revani.
