Ingredients :
Soft cheese (feta) -100g
Salt to taste
Ruccola-1/4 cup
Romaine lettuce-1/4 cup
Ripe pears – 2 pcs.
Nuts-1/4 tbsp. (walnuts or pistachios)
Tear the lettuce and arugula finely. Cut out the core of the pears. Cut them into small cubes. Then add nuts, shredded feta cheese and salt to the salad.
