Ingredients :
Medium sweet potatoes (yams) – 1 pc.
Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Avocado – 2 gr.
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Cream – 2 tbsp.
Preheat oven to 200C. Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and soak them in cold water for about 1 hour. Then put the slices in a large bowl, sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper and paprika, drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix everything together. Place in a single layer on a large baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes. Prepare sauce: put avocado, lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
