GRAVY WITH ADYGEYAN CHEESE

Ingredients :

Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Adygei cheese – 150 gr
Basil – a bunch
turmeric – ½ tsp.
Ground pepper, salt – to taste

Cut cheese into 1-1,5 cm cubes and tomato slices.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, pour turmeric and after a couple of seconds, pour the cheese. Fry until crispy. Add chopped tomatoes and season with salt. Braise on a low heat until the tomatoes are cooked. Add the sour cream and stir to combine. Then add the black pepper and a sprinkle of chopped fresh basil. Stir and turn off.
