SYNNABON, YEAST-FREE BUNS

Ingredients :

For the bun:

Flour – 1 tbsp.
Baking powder – 2 tsp.
Salt – 1/8 tsp.
Pumpkin puree – ¼ tbsp.
Milk – 5-6 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar – ½ tsp.

For the filling:

Butter – 2 tsp.
Coconut sugar – 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add to the pumpkin puree. Add the milk, vanilla and vinegar. The mixture should be moist but not sticky. Then knead into a dough. Form a ball and cover the dough in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes. At this time, mix together sugar and spices. Divide the dough into equal parts. Form ovals, roll them out a little. Grease each roll with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll up “snails”. Cut in half. Place the sinnabons in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining sugar on top. Bake for 12-16 minutes. Decorate with toppings as desired.
