Ingredients :
Cauliflower - 4 cups (finely chopped into crumbs).
Sea salt, black pepper - to taste.
Almond flour - ⅓ tbsp.
Flax meal - 4 tablespoons.
Ghee oil.
Avocado - 2 pcs. (ripe).
Wash and dry cauliflower, finely chop or grate. Preheat oven to 200 ° C, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the cauliflower and sea salt in a bowl with a little water to bind the ingredients, if necessary. Leave to rest for 20 minutes. Add flax meal, almond meal, and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and place each portion into a loaf on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Grease a frying pan with ghee and heat over medium heat. Spread a piece of cauliflower toast with avocado puree and cover with another piece. Pan-fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
