Ingredients :
Rice - 1/2 tbsp.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Green peas - 2 tbsp.
Chinese cabbage - 100 gr
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Ghee oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt
Boil rice. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Peel and dice bell peppers. Finely chop the Peking cabbage.
Heat a frying pan, add oil, green peas, carrots and cabbage. Saute until softened, then add bell peppers.
Add the soy sauce, stirring constantly, and stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes more. Turn down the heat and season with salt.
Combine with the rice and leave to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
