Ingredients:
Natural yogurt-375ml.
Fresh cucumbers-3 pcs.
Olive oil - 4 tablespoons.
Lemon juice - 4 tablespoons.
Salt, pepper to taste
Greens- to taste
Preparation
Peel cucumbers from skin and seeds, grate, salt and squeeze a little. Mix cucumbers, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, greens.
