MUSHROOM SOUR CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients:

Champignons – 500 g
Sour cream – 100 ml
Flour – 20 gr
Vegetable oil – 80 ml
Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
Water – 100 ml
Parsley – 2 stalks

Wash the mushrooms with cold water, cut into half-centimeter-thick slices. Heat a frying pan, pour the oil, then pour the mushroom slices, fry for five minutes. Salt and pepper it, add flour. Add sour cream, stir, pour water. Braise for 15 minutes under a lid, using moderate heat. Season with a bay leaf five minutes before cooking, garnish with herbs.
