VEGETARIAN CHEESECAKES

Vegetarian cheesecakes for breakfast are tasty, nutritious, and healthy. But they have two other qualities – they are quick to make and affordable in terms of ingredients. Many people ask the question – is it possible, and how, to make delicious cheesecakes without eggs?

Many housewives have noticed that cottage cheese under the influence of temperature becomes more vague and the binding product in the preparation of cheesecakes is eggs. But, most vegetarians don’t eat eggs.

Vegetarian cheesecakes: step-by-step recipe
Cottage cheese is a fermented protein product, which is useful for the human body. Its caloric value is 156 kcal.

In 100 grams of cottage cheese contains:

Protein – 20.0 g;
Fats – 9 mg;
Carbohydrates – 2 mg.
As well as the essential vitamins A, B1, B2, PP, with a large amount of vitamin C, as well as elements essential for the body, such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus.

Raisins are a treasure trove of vitamins and macro-and micronutrients.

In 100 grams of raisins contains:

Protein – 4.0 g;
Fats – 0,3 mg;
Carbohydrates – 67.3 mg.
As well as the necessary vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, E, with a large content of vitamin C, as well as essential elements for the body, such as iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, sodium, selenium, phosphorus.

Essential Ingredients:

Cottage cheese (0%) – 100 grams;
Mann grits – 10 grams;
Black raisins – 40 grams;
Sea salt – the tip of a teaspoon;
Wheat flour – 20 grams;
Butter – 20 grams.

At the beginning of cooking, a little advice – cottage cheese for cheesecakes should be dry, without the presence of whey. The quality and appearance of the finished dish depends on this. The wetter the curd, the harder it will be to give the cheesecakes a solid form, and therefore, the more you will have to add flour to the curd, which is not desirable.

  1. We add semolina to the cottage cheese, stir it and let it stand for 5 minutes;

We then wash the raisins until they are clear of water and allow them to drain;

  1. Add the raisins, salt, and flour to the cottage cheese and knead thoroughly;

Then fry both sides in butter until slightly golden brown.

Our wonderful dish is ready. In addition, you can serve sour cream to the cheesecakes.
