VEGETARIAN CABBAGE SOUP

Essential Ingredients:

White cabbage – 150 grams;
Potatoes – 100 grams;
Purified water – 600 ml;
Sea salt – 1/2 teaspoon (if sorrel is fresh);
Bay leaf – 1 piece;
Carrots – 30 grams;
Butter – 50 grams;
Dried greens (parsley, dill, coriander) – 1/2 teaspoon;
House spice “Universalna” – 1/2 teaspoon.

Method of cooking vegetarian soup made of fresh cabbage
Potatoes are peeled from the skin, cut into small cubes, washed with water until clean and put to boil with the bay leaf until tender.
Peel carrots, grate them on a fine grater and stew in butter until slightly golden.
Wash the young cabbage and finely chop it.
Add carrots, cabbage, greens, seasoning and cook for 3 minutes (no more) in the broth with potatoes. Remove from the stove.
