Ingredients :
Oatmeal - 1 tbsp.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Yogurt - 1 / 2 t.
Banana - 1 pc.
Strawberries - 10 pcs.
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla - pinch.
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.
Stevia or honey - to taste
Chop the banana and strawberries finely. Pour milk over oatmeal in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Leave for the night. In the morning ready flavorful breakfast is ready.
